Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, original tags attached.

• Item must be returned in original condition

If these conditions are met, we’ll provide instructions to return your item at no cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns if:

• The item has been worn

• The item shows signs of use

• Original tags have been removed

• The item is returned damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage

We’ll review the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
